Description
I created this abstract painting with a palette knife, building up layers of colour and scraping them back to reveal what lies beneath. Fresh greens and turquoise meet warm pink, coral, lilac and yellow, bringing a feeling of summer, light and energy.
The textured surface is an important part of this work. Raised marks catch the light, while thinner layers let other colours show through. There is no fixed subject—you might see a flowering garden, reflections in water, or simply enjoy the colours.
For me, Infinite is about that freedom to keep looking and find something different each time
